to lose weight and be healthier.  Jayne is lovely, amazing and inspiring.  She’s a coach and educator who is also committed to her own coaching and learning.  She took what could have been a very devastating diagnosis of Osteopenia, coupled that with her own passions and experience, to create a new business and lifestyle where she is, in her own words, “Changing the World One Meal at a Time.”
